Following your feedback in 2019 and 2020, we have now invested in new telephone systems and software and a huge number of care navigators at the practice.
The software provides daily information to the telephone HUB leaders everyday. The average waiting times for December 2020 and the first week of January 2021 is between less than 30 seconds to 12 minutes. We are also happy with the feedback that you are providing with the ongoing independent patient survey showing that you are pleased when the telephone system states your number in the queue.
